BRIAN E. PELLIS

Attorney Brian Pellis is a Redlands native and has been a licensed California attorney for over 24 years. He is an experienced litigator who previously handled complex civil rights, employment, and labor law matters in state and federal courts. Brian also served as Acting Assistant Inspector General for the Los Angeles Police Commission, and he is a former law enforcement executive with more than 27 years of dedicated public safety service.

Today, Brian focuses his practice on helping individuals, couples, families, seniors, and business owners with matters involving estate planning, estate administration, probate, and wealth management.  To better guide clients through complex planning decisions and remain at the forefront of modern wealth planning, Brian earned an advanced law degree in wealth management from Texas A&M University School of Law, a top-25 law school.

Brian takes a personal and compassionate approach to the practice of law, emphasizing direct client contact, identifying each client’s unique needs, and developing practical legal solutions that align with their goals.  Clients appreciate Brian's guidance and attention to detail, which provides them with reassurance and peace of mind, knowing their affairs are in order and their loved ones will be cared for according to their wishes.

A strong believer in giving back to the community and the concept of Service Above Self, Brian is also very active in Rotary International and will serve as the Rotary District 5330 Governor in 2027-2028 (www.district5330.org).
